Native Roots Floral Design LLC, is not affiliated with any TeleFlora, 1800 Flowers, or any other third party flower ordering service.
Borrowers Policy:
- “Our Borrower's Policy Agreement”. If any of the rented items are damaged, the borrower is responsible for the repair or replacement costs. Native Roots Floral Design,LLC, also reserves the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit in the event of damage to the rented items. We strongly recommend that the borrower takes care to ensure that the items are properly handled and stored when they are in their possession and to ensure that rented items remain in good condition. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
Return Policy:
- Native Roots Floral Design,LLC, will ensure each customer is satisfied with their purchase. Returns are not accepted, however, if a customer feels their purchase was less than acceptable, our shop will provide the most accurate accommodation to ensure our integrity as a small business.
- During Plant Recovery if at any time the plant does not survive during the transplanting, Native Roots Floral Design, LLC, waives all liability for the plant.
Missed or Non-pickup Policy:
- Customers who fail to pick up their ordered items at the designated time may incur a fee. This fee is intended to cover the cost associated with holding the item and managing inventory.
Non-payment Policy:
- Customers who do not make payment for their order items by specific deadline will be subject to additional fees. These fees may increase over time until the payment is received. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that payments are made on time to avoid these additional charges.
Legal action:
- In cases where payments remain outstanding for an extended period of time, Native Roots Floral Design, LLC, reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the owed amounts. This may include engaging a collection agency or taking legal action. Customers will be notified of any such action prior to escalation.
